Which BMW is better 325i or 330i?

Fuel economy is very similar between these two.

The 325 handles slightly better, since the weight distribution front:rear is closer to 50:50.

The 330 will accelerate faster, but it understeers slightly more (because of the engine is slightly heavier).

The 325 that I drove was one of the best handling cars that I've ever driven, whereas the 330 that I drove understeered a bit more.

You might want to check with your insurance company to find out if there's any difference - sometimes once you go over a certain engine displacement, the rate goes up.

If you live where a snows a fair bit, especially if it's also hilly or mountainous, consider the xi (AWD) versions.
