I do no think so. 57,000 Miles Ago, this car cost on $12,000-15,000 more. But, I believe you can find a good deal on a TL.
I am going to be completely honest with you, I would get the Acura. I have a 2003 BMW 325xi and I just got a $3,700 Repair Bill for it. It needed a new air bag sensor, wind-shield wiper motor, and plenty of other petty repairs. If you really want the BMW, I suggest you buy it certified pre-owned and not from Carmax, and get the extended warranty.

Well the link you put doesn't work, but if your choosing between a 05 BMW 330xi and a 05 Acura TL. i say go for the Acura TL. It's a really well designed (inside and out) car and it drives really well. I like the way it looks over the BMW too, i wouldn't buy the 05 BMW 3 Series, maybe look into a 2006 BMW 3, thats when the newer body style came out i believe.
A 330 is a much better choice.
