thats fine melly, sorry i couldnt help you fix it, but thats all the tricks i have learnt from my own system. i have had 3 boxes from sky plus so dont feel too bad about it. the systems dont work very well , another one to try is turn system off , take your card out and give it a clean on the back strip, then power back on again try that you have nothing to lose xx
