New BMW Help.. Can i Exchange this car..?

i bought a brand new Z4 on Feb 8th and today is march 9th.. my c heck engine light has come on four times and they keep saying its the gas cap and i have never touched.. this last time they say it definately is not the gas cap and they have in their shop again... of the 30 or so i days i have owned this car it has been it their shop for 15 days.. thats of my first month.. What should i tell these people.. i have left a message refusing to pick it up with the GM and one other person but have not heard back.. i basically want them to get me anothe car... 2 weeks out of my first month.. i dont want this car.. same model just different car.. help.. what do i do..

The Lemon Law of your state might apply in your situation. If it does, the dealer has to buy your car back under certain specified conditions.

try calling there corporate office, and ask to talk to some one high up. Or try going into the dealership and talk to the GM directly, and tell him your going to tell everybody not to buy a car from there, when your walking out make a big scene like this place sucks, they don't care about there costumers, etc. so people leave. That is if he says sorry we can't replace the car for you. sounds like you just got a bad one.
