Something needs to be done about these email notices claiming you have won. They are also sending 2 party checks in the mail. the check is a good check but it is written by someone who has stolen checks..you will go to jail if you cash it...why do you think people answer then when they have not play to win?

Sadly because people are stupid and are always hoping for free money. They never heard the old saying "there's no such thing as a free lunch".
